Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines

  • The membership status must be confirmed with a valid membership number given at the time of registration. In case of incorrect membership status, the full registration fees will apply.
  • In-person registration fees include Welcome Reception on Sunday June 25, Plenaries and Technical Sessions (June 26–30), Invited Joint-ISCAS Session (June 27), Noon Industrial Sessions with Light Lunch Buffet (June 26–28), Coffee Breaks, Awards Ceremony on Wednesday June 28, Access to IT Events, a ticket to the Conference Banquet on Thursday June 29, access to the electronic proceedings.
  • Virtual registration fees include Plenaries live and Technical Sessions of the virtual track (June 26–30), Invited Joint-ISCAS Session live (June 27), Industrial Sessions live (June 26–28), access to the electronic proceedings.
  • Tutorial registration fees include Tutorial(s) on Sunday June 25, 2023 as per the rate selected (morning or afternoon tutorials), Tutorial Support, Coffee Break(s). When registering to the tutorial(s), you will be requested to indicate which tutorial(s) you are planning to attend in the morning and/or afternoon.
  • Payment methods : credit card or Apple Pay. For credit card, please be aware that 3D Secure (3DS) authentication will be required during credit card payment. Please ensure that the credit card you are using supports 3DS authentication to avoid any payment issues. For Apple Pay, please use Safari Browser.
  • Cancellation and refund policy: Before May 25, 2023, a processing fee of TWD 2,000 will be charged; no refund will be given after May 25, 2023. All cancellation and refund requests must be made by email to [email protected] (received by May 25, 2023).
Authors Registration Policy
The following authors registration policy applies to both in-person and virtual tracks.
  • At least one author per accepted paper must register and pay the registration fee.
  • A single Full Rate registration covers up to two papers.
  • A single Reduced Rate registration covers one paper.
Extra Banquet Ticket and Excursions
  • You may purchase at the time of registration an extra conference banquet ticket for an accompanying person at the price of TWD 3,600 per person.

IT Events
Date Time Social Program Notes
  • During ISIT 2023, the IT Society has scheduled several events that are open to all attendees but require registration. Seats for some of these events are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Special Notes
  • Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions about registration. All requests for selection items change, after the completion of registrations, must be provided in writing by email to [email protected].
  • If, after having registered, an author or co-author of a paper in the in-person track is unexpectedly NOT available to present the paper at the conference due to, e.g., a visa issue, please contact TPC chair Stefan M. Moser via [email protected] and we will try to find a solution on a case-to-case basis.
Transportation to CTW in Hualien
  • Right after the ISIT 2023, the 2023 IEEE Communication Theory Workshop (CTW) will take place at the Parkview Hotels & Resorts, Hualien, Taiwan, from July 2 to 5. For those who consider attending both conferences within a single trip to Taiwan, pre-registered bus transportation from the ISIT venue to the Parkview Hotels & Resorts, Hualien, will be provided at the cost of TWD 300 at 1:00 pm on July 1, 2023. It takes around 3 hours. Seats are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. To register, please email [email protected] with the subject line Bus to CTW. A credit card link will be mailed back for payment. Please specify the name of the bus taker in the email and use your ISIT name badge as a ticket to get on the bus.
